HEBRON GBS Project- Bull Arm: Supply of Pumps and Equipment for Drainage System

Kiewit-Aker Contractors (KAC) are inviting submissions of an Expression of Interest for a potential opportunity to supply pumps for the Bull Arm Site, Trinity Bay, in Newfoundland and Labrador (NL), Canada for the Hebron Project.
The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to:
AB825 Supply of Pumps and Equipment for Drainage System
The following pumps and equipment are to be supplied and delivered to the Bull Arm site. This list includes, but is not limited to:
Rugged Dewatering Pumps for pumping muddy, sandy water with run-dry protection, and available float operation.
2 to 3 Submersible Pumps (Single Phase 110V & 220V) 1 to 3 HP Heavy Duty Construction Pumps with Male-Camlock Connectors, capable of 50 to 200 GPM Flow Rate
3 to 4 Submersible Pumps (3 Phase 600V) 3 to 15 HP Heavy Duty Construction Pumps with Male-Camlock Connectors, capable of 200 to 600 GPM Flow Rate.
6 to 8 Submersible Pumps (3 Phase 600V) 10 to 40 HP Heavy Duty Construction Pumps with Male-Camlock Connectors, capable of 500 to 900 GPM Flow Rate.
2 to 4 Inline Centrifugal Pumps (Gas and Diesel) 4 to 10 HP pumps with Male-Camlock connectors, capable of 200 to 500 GPM Flow Rate.
2, 3, 4, 6 and 8 Male and Female Camlock connectors in aluminum, stainless steel and brass in the following configurations: Male Adapter x Female NPT; Female Coupler x Male NPT; Female Coupler x Hose Shank; Female Coupler x Female NPT; Male Adapter x Hose Shank; Male Adapter x MNPT; Aluminum Dust Cap; Female Short Shank With Swivel Nut; various Camlock Reducers and Y-Connectors.
Responding applicants are to clearly identify the procurement package code(s) for which they are interested in prequalifying for. Respondents may elect to prequalify for one or multiple packages listed above. KAC in its sole discretion reserves the right to make the final determination of which applicants will receive an invitation to Tender (ITT), which applicant(s) or combinations thereof will be awarded the final contract(s), or alternatively to not proceed with the ITT process.
The Bull Arm Fabrication site will be operating on a special project labour agreement. A Project description is available on the Hebron Project website (www.hebronproject.com).
Kiewit-Aker Contractors strongly supports providing opportunities to commercially competitive Canadian companies and in particular those from Newfoundland and Labrador. At the Pre-Qualification stage companies will be required to complete a brief Canada/Newfoundland & Labrador Benefits questionnaire and will be asked to acknowledge their willingness to comply with the Benefits requirements. At the Invitation to Tender (ITT) stage a comprehensive Benefits Questionnaire will be required to be completed.

It is important to note that this initial phase will be a prequalification process to identify candidates that will be invited to submit tenders. Participation in this qualification process, including any statements or representations, whether oral or written between KAC and interested candidates, shall not create or be deemed to create any binding legal relationship or contract.
Potential contenders are strongly encouraged to register with BIDS.ca.
Registration with BIDS.ca is, however, not a prerequisite for being considered for inclusion in our supplier database. If potential suppliers chose not to register with BIDS.ca, they are requested to advise KAC that they will not be registering and to request direct registration in KACs supplier database. Basic information about the supplier should be delivered electronically.
