The scope of work under evaluation includes the supply of sub-sea hardware and control system for a sub-sea water injection system. The system will be located in approximately 80 m of water depth and will feature up to 11 sub-sea water injection wells tied-back to the Hibernia platform. The tie-back distance will be approximately 5 km.
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Testing & Pre-Commissioning of the following equipment:
· Subsea water injection trees
· Subsea templates and manifolds
· Subsea control system, including both subsea components (SCMs, UTA, etc.) and topside components (HPU, EPU, TUTA, MCS, etc.)
· Subsea flying leads
· Installation/Workover Control System (IWOCS)
· Running tools
· Test equipment
The contractor will also provide onshore and offshore personnel to assist with installation and commissioning of this equipment.
A comprehensive profile of Contractor's resources and experience relative to the identified contract scope in the Oil & Gas Industry should accompany Contractor's response.
All personnel must be competent, skilled and in possession of appropriate qualifications and certifications including, where necessary, WHMIS and Basic Survival Training for the work.
